"O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise."
~Psalm 51:15
Through this ministry, lectors bring the word of God to the people of God.
As a lector, you have a special opportunity to proclaim the word of God at Mass
and to model your life on the Gospel.
Volunteers may choose which Mass they would like to attend
and how often they would like to serve as a Lector.
If interested, or if you have any questions, see Fr. Stanley
after Mass or call the rectory at 508-853-1492.
"Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit
give your lives completely in the service of all, as did Christ, who came not to be served, but to serve."
~Rite of Confirmation, #22
The Eucharist is the celebration of the Sacred Liturgy
that is the central mystery of our Catholic faith.
Through this ministry, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
are called to a solemn and special ministry that puts them
at the center of the Church's life.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are asked
to put aside the worries of the day and to ask for the grace
to faithfully and prayerfully exercise this important ministry.
Volunteers may choose which Mass they would like to attend and how often
they would like to serve as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion.
If interested, or if you have any questions, see Fr. Stanley
after Mass or call the rectory at 508-853-1492.
"Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others,
faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."
~1 Peter 4:10
